Demi Moore warns Hollywood that resisting AI is 'a battle that we will lose'
Follow spoken words in real time.
At the Cannes Film Festival, Demi Moore spoke about the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the film industry. She said the industry should work with AI instead of fighting against it because the technology is now a permanent part of filmmaking.
Moore explained that finding ways to use AI responsibly is important. The film industry is still trying to create rules for how AI should be used, especially for writing scripts, visual effects, and digital versions of actors.
The festival does not allow films made by AI in its main event. However, industry leaders continue to discuss the best way to manage these changes.
