Oprah Winfrey is a famous American TV host. Years ago, she helped introduce Dr. Phil McGraw and Dr. Mehmet Oz to television viewers. Both men later became very well-known on their own shows, Dr. Phil and The Dr. Oz Show, which ran for many years in the United States.

Winfrey explained in a new interview that she first invited Dr. Phil because she liked his simple way of talking about personal problems. She invited Dr. Oz after learning he could make medical information easy for people to understand.

Recently, Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz have taken strong political paths, different from Winfrey’s views. Some people criticised Winfrey for helping make them famous. She answered that everyone is responsible for their own choices, and her goal was just to share helpful people, not to control their future actions.
