John Legend, an American singer known for love songs and ballads, has released a new album called Muse on 23 October. This album has 16 songs and is his first full album made with Pharrell Williams. Pharrell Williams is a famous producer who created and wrote the whole album with Legend. They recorded much of the album in Paris at a studio owned by Louis Vuitton.

The reason for this new style is the strong friendship and musical partnership between Legend and Williams. Williams first suggested a larger project after working with Legend on another song. On Muse, Williams asked Legend to try singing in a slightly different, more conversational way, not just his usual strong singing voice.

Because of this change, fans can now hear John Legend’s voice in a new way and with fresh musical styles like gospel, soul, Afrobeats, and hip-hop. The album also came with a video for the new song 'Bodies On The Floor.' The goal of the album is to show Legend’s voice in different kinds of music and to reach new listeners.
