Two men who helped start Donald Trump’s media company are suing. They say that Trump is trying to take away their part of the company. This part could be worth a lot of money.

This legal case might make it difficult for Trump’s company to become a public company. The lawsuit might also affect a special business deal. This deal could get Trump a lot of money.

The media company is named Trump Media & Technology Group. It also owns a social media network called Truth Social. The two men named Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss met Trump on his TV show “The Apprentice.” They came up with the idea to have a Trump social media platform.

According to the two men, they have an 8.6% share in the company. But, they claim that Trump is trying to decrease their share. The two men’s lawyers say Trump wants to give new shares to his family and friends, which will make their share less valuable. They say this isn’t fair because they worked hard for the company.
