‘Conclave’ Star Emilia Pérez Loses Vote

This Oscar review discusses the votes of an anonymous voter from a short films group. He watched many films and has chosen his favorites. In the Best Picture category, his top choice is “Conclave”. For the Best Director, he favored Coralie Fargeat for her work on “The Substance”. He chose Colman Domingo from “Sing Sing” as the Best Actor and Demi Moore from “The Substance” as the Best Actress. In the Best Supporting Actor category, his vote goes to Kieran Culkin for his role in “A Real Pain”. Monica Barbaro from “A Complete Unknown” was his favorite for Best Supporting Actress. He appreciated the original writing in “The Substance” and gave it his vote for Best Original Screenplay. He chose “The Wild Robot” as the Best Animated Feature and “No Other Land” for Best Documentary Feature. For Best Film Editing, he favored “The Brutalist”. In the end, he chose the film “Dune: Part Two” for both Best Sound and Best Visual Effects. This review represents just one person’s choices and the Oscars results could be different.
