Apple has released the iOS 18.3 release candidate for developers and public beta testers. This came two weeks after the iOS 18.2.1 update. The new beta version brings some fixes and improvements for iPhones. It also updates the Apple Intelligence notification summaries.
If you want to try this beta, it’s best to download it on a secondary device. The beta may have bugs, and battery life might be shorter. The final version of iOS 18.3 is not yet available, and we don’t know when it will be released.
In this new version, Apple fixed the notification summaries. Some notifications from the News app may not work correctly. There is a note saying, “Summaries may contain errors.” You can still see notifications for other apps, but not for News & Entertainment for now.
The Calculator app now allows you to repeat operations. For example, you can press the equal sign multiple times to get the same answer without typing the equation again.
Remember, not all features are available for every iPhone model.
