The one-millionth ticket for WOW was bought by Glenys Cowley from Auckland. She will get a special ‘golden ticket’ experience with her sister. This includes a glam session, great seats, a backstage tour, and treats.
Glenys felt very excited when she got the phone call. “WOW is amazing,” she said. “I was already happy about this year’s show, but being the millionth ticket buyer is special. It made my year!”
This will be Glenys’s third show. She loves the mix of fashion, art, and entertainment. “The first time was a surprise! Each show is unique, with amazing art and great music.”
WOW Chief Executive Meg Williams said New Zealanders made WOW a huge success. “Selling one million tickets is a big deal for any event. We thank our founder, Dame Suzie Moncrieff, and everyone who helps with WOW,” she said.
The 2025 WOW Show will be at Wellington’s TSB Arena from 18 September to 5 October. Tickets are available now at worldofwearableart.com.
