Valentine’s Day is soon. Many people have plans to celebrate this special day.
Some people wait until the last minute. Others want new ideas for fun. Here are some places with music and comedy events this weekend.
On February 13, The Village Church in Cummington will hold “Songs of Love & Other Revolutions.” Elric Walker will sing original songs and read poetry. There will be flowers and prizes. The church is on Main Street.
Kaptain Jimmy’s in Agawam will have a comedy show on the same day. Eddie Diesel and other comedians will perform. Tickets cost $35 each or $60 for two. This price includes dinner and the show. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. The show starts at 7 p.m., followed by karaoke at 8 p.m. Kaptain Jimmy’s is on Suffolk Street.
On Valentine’s Day, the St. Stanislaus Polish Lyceum will have a comedy night. Ten comedians will perform. Terrence Lee will host the show. Will Rodriguez will be the main performer. The venue is on Main Street in Three Rivers.
