Body Believed to Be Lil Jon’s Son Found in Atlanta Pond

A person thought to be the son of rapper Lil Jon was found dead in a pond north of Atlanta. Police confirmed this on Friday.

Nathan Smith, known as D.J. Young Slade, left his home in Milton early on Tuesday morning. His family reported him missing. They said he left under strange circumstances. Smith did not take his phone and went out on foot. Police believed he might need help.

The police quickly began to search for him. They looked for him near his home and checked a pond nearby. On Friday, divers found a body in the pond. Police think the body is Nathan Smith, but they need confirmation from the medical examiner.

The police said there is no sign of crime. They are still investigating. They will release more details when they know how he died. Milton is a town about 30 miles north of Atlanta. Lil Jon, born Jonathan Smith, is a famous rapper from Atlanta.
