The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a warning about unsafe pork products. This affects more than 10,000 pounds of pork in four states.
Impero Foods & Meats, Inc. from Baltimore is recalling about 7,485 pounds of raw pork sausage. This sausage was made without government inspection, the USDA said on Friday.
The pork was made from October 3, 2024, to December 19, 2024. It was sent to restaurants and stores in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The boxes have “EST. 10827” on them.
There are no reports of sickness from this sausage, but the USDA suggests that people throw it away or return it.
Also, Ralph’s Packing Company in Oklahoma is recalling about 3,132 pounds of pork and beef bologna. The labels did not say that these productscontain milk.
The bologna products have “EST. 51557” on the label. Customers who have these products should not eat them. They should throw them away or return them to the store.
