“Chicago Fire” started on TV in October 2012. By October 2025, it is still popular and in its fourteenth season, with 276 episodes. However, not all the original cast members are still on the show. Many new actors have joined but left quickly. One example is Michael Bradway, who played firefighter Jack Damon. He joined in season 12 but left before season 14 to work on a new Prime Video show.
“Chicago Fire” is part of a larger series called the Chicago franchise. This includes “Chicago P.D.,” “Chicago Med,” and “Chicago Justice.” Bradway joined “Chicago Fire” after the other shows started. He replaced another character, Derrick Gibson, in season 12.
Bradway’s character was revealed to be Kelly Severide’s brother. He was thought to have a future in the show. But before season 14, it was said there would be many changes, and Bradway got a new role that made it impossible for him to stay.
