YouTube TV has revealed new pricing and details about its service. This includes special bundles focused on different types of programming like sports, news, and entertainment.
The sports package is popular because many people watch live sports. It costs $64.99 each month, but new subscribers can pay $54.99 for the first year. YouTube TV plans to start these bundles this week.
Although YouTube TV did not share all the channels in the sports package, it includes big networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and ESPN. Other channels include NBA TV and NFL Network. However, some popular channels like MLB Network and Tennis Channel are not included, which may disappoint some fans.
YouTube TV competes with other services like DirecTV and Comcast, which also launched sports bundles in a similar price range.
Currently, a regular YouTube TV plan costs $82.99 a month. This is a 28% increase since 2023. YouTube TV has grown rapidly since starting at $35 a month in 2017, adding features to keep customers happy.
In addition to the sports package, YouTube TV has plans for news and entertainment, all available at discounts for new subscribers.
