Actress Christy Carlson Romano says she is happy to be alive after an accident. She was hurt in the face while out shooting clay pigeons for her husband’s birthday. She talked about the accident on Instagram. She was hit in five places on her face.
Romano pointed to a bullet hole under her eye. She said, “I got shot here. It is still inside.” She had pieces of the bullet in other parts of her face. After the accident, her husband, Brendan Rooney, rushed her to a hospital in Austin, Texas.
Romano is still able to see perfectly. But, it is too risky to take out the piece behind her eye. She is very grateful to be alive. She asked people to hug their loved ones because life can change quickly.
Romano’s husband also talked about the accident on social media. He showed a photo of his wife from the hospital. He is glad she is safe and got through the injury. Romano and Rooney got married in 2013. They have two daughters, Victoria and Sophia Elizabeth.
