The nominations for the 2026 Golden Globes were announced on Monday. The movie One Battle After Another got the most nominations.
It has nine nominations. These include Best Picture and Best Director. The movie Sentimental Value got eight nominations. Sinners got seven. Hamnet got six. Both Frankenstein and Wicked: For Good got five nominations.
For TV, The White Lotus led with six nominations. It includes first-time nominees like Carrie Coon. Adolescence has five nominations. Only Murders in the Building and Severance each have four.
There were some surprises and snubs. Dwayne Johnson got a nomination for The Smashing Machine, but Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery did not.
The Golden Globes will be on CBS and Paramount+ on Sunday, Jan. 11, at 8 p.m. ET. Nikki Glaser will host the show again.
