On Saturday, TMZ reported that the absence of a prenup might not favor Censori, explaining that “Kanye has reportedly lost money since their marriage. In California, assets and debts are split evenly, meaning she could potentially owe him money.”

The speculation surrounding a possible separation intensified earlier this week, particularly after West was seen promoting swastika-themed T-shirts and making antisemitic remarks on social media.

His tirade began post-2025 Grammys, where he generated significant backlash by walking the red carpet with Censori, who wore a revealing see-through dress. An insider shared, “She’s had enough. The swastika shirt was the breaking point. She told him she cannot be associated with that.”
