The coach of Saranac Lake, Mr. Daryl Crist, was very happy. He said that the team played with good energy and effort. He also said that the players work well together. They support each other and play hard for each other. This is why they win games.
In the game, Saranac Lake started very strong. They got a big lead in the first quarter. After that, they kept scoring more points than AuSable Valley.
Two players from Saranac Lake, Zack McCarthy and Mik Denkenberger, scored a lot of points. McCarthy scored 15 points. Denkenberger scored 14 points.
This win means that Saranac Lake will play in the final. They are excited about this. They will play against Northeastern Clinton Cougars on Saturday.
