Remove Windows 11 Bloatware and Ads Easily

Setting up a new PC with Windows can sometimes be difficult. Many users express this on forums, and some have even switched to Linux, which is simpler for them. Thankfully, there is an easier way to remove unwanted applications, known as bloatware, from your Windows installation.

Winhance is a free open-source tool that helps you uninstall bloatware easily. You can find it on websites like GitHub. After downloading and installing Winhance, the program will take a moment to load. It first checks if your system restore is enabled.

When you open Winhance, you will see a list of pre-installed Windows applications. You can simply check the apps you do not want and click “Remove Selected Items.” The apps you uninstall will show a red dot next to their names, indicating you cannot reinstall them easily, while a blue recycling symbol means you can reinstall them later.

Winhance also allows you to manage external applications using the “External Software” tab. You can uninstall or install these apps in the same way.

Additionally, Winhance provides options for optimizing and customizing your system. Under the “Optimize” tab, you can adjust settings related to security, ads, and more from a single, easy-to-use list. This tool makes it simple to personalise your Windows experience and manage updates as well.
