On April 23, 2025, many women came together at the Telemundo Center in Miami. They met to celebrate the Billboard Latin Women in Music event. Many of the women are part of the Latin Women in Music executive list.
Sonia Clavell, who is the manager of Ivy Queen, hosted the event. She also talked about her new company, Bravas Entertainment. This company will help new female artists with training, mentoring, and music support.
Leila Cobo from Billboard started the event with an important speech. She said that it is very important to have women in music. “We need to set good examples for the next generation,” she said.
Ivy Queen spoke about Sonia and how women can support each other in the music world. Sonia invited everyone to work together and create great things for the future.
The Billboard Latin Women in Music special will air live on April 24, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET on Telemundo.
