Scott Galloway says AI is like ‘Ozempic’ for tech job cuts

Mark Zuckerberg, the boss of a big tech company called Meta, has cut many jobs. People think he may be using a system called artificial intelligence to help run his company instead of people. This theory is by Scott Galloway, a famous teacher of business stuff.

Many big tech companies have cut jobs. For example, Meta got rid of 20,000 workers. But, these companies are still making a lot of money. Galloway thinks companies are being quiet about moving to artificial intelligence. Some big companies like Apple and Alphabet disagree. They say they are not cutting jobs because of artificial intelligence.

Galloway thinks artificial intelligence can help workers do their jobs better. For example, managers can do more things without hiring more people. But some jobs might be replaced by artificial intelligence.

Right now, people who are very good at artificial intelligence are very popular to hire. In the future, more companies will replace more workers with artificial intelligence. Galloway thinks this change will be accepted by everyone soon.
