The T-shirts, priced at $36, feature Trump prominently in the foreground with a grid of different photos of him in the background. This design closely resembles Swift’s tour poster, which has been a hit in merchandise sales. Trump’s campaign promoted the product as a “Trump Era shirt.”
Swift, known for carefully managing her image, has not responded publicly to this development. While it’s uncertain if she will take legal action, Trump has already faced backlash from musicians for using their music without permission at his events.
Despite Trump’s public comments about not being a fan of Swift, he has previously tried to leverage her popularity for his benefit. In the past, he shared fake images of Swift supporting him on social media. Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris seems to have rattled Trump, prompting him to take actions like these knockoff shirts.
