Hearthstone 35.2.2 Patch Notes Released

Patch 35.2.2 has been released today, bringing updates to the popular games Hearthstone and Battlegrounds. These changes are significant for players as they aim to enhance gameplay quality and balance.

In Hearthstone, developers expressed satisfaction with the current competitive environment, highlighting a diverse range of classes in use. The patch primarily introduces minor adjustments to several strong decks rather than major changes, as a larger overhaul is expected with the forthcoming Class Sets in Patch 35.4. One notable revision includes changing the card Flight Maneuvers, which now grants +1 Attack to minions instead of +1/+1.

In Battlegrounds, the latest patch focuses on improving the balance among various cards. Developers noted that they adjusted certain under- and over-performing minions to ensure a smoother gaming experience. The card Ship Jumper, which was often seen as too powerful, will now operate differently to prevent frustration among players. Additionally, they lowered the ability of Back to Back to scale less rapidly, aiming for a more appropriate gameplay balance.

Changes also extend to the trinkets in the game, with developers removing those that saw low usage to make room for more engaging options. They intend to monitor the adjustments closely to see their effects on the game’s metagame and will consider further updates as necessary.

As players explore these updates, the impact on gameplay and strategies will unfold in the coming weeks.
