As Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce prepare for their anticipated wedding, the couple is making significant contributions to communities across the United States, including Kansas City. Harvesters, a food bank in the area, announced a “generous” financial donation from Swift and Kelce that will provide around 2 million meals to local residents. Valerie Nicholson-Watson, interim president and CEO of Harvesters, expressed gratitude, noting their previous support for the organisation. She highlighted the couple’s thoughtfulness in addressing food insecurity while they focus on their upcoming wedding.
Food insecurity becomes more pressing in summer when children lose access to school meals, making this donation even more vital. Additionally, Swift and Kelce have supported Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, aiming to bring comfort to young patients. The hospital stated on social media that the couple’s donation would enhance the experiences of children receiving treatment.
The couple’s relationship began in Kansas City in 2023, following a memorable Eras Tour concert at Arrowhead Stadium. Since then, they have supported each other at numerous games and concerts, leading to their engagement in August 2025. As they get closer to their wedding day, Swift and Kelce’s charitable efforts have reached a total of $26 million donated to various U.S. charities.
Among the recipients of their generosity are City Harvest in New York City, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, and Feeding America, along with several organisations dedicated to supporting children and families in need.
