Since January 7, wildfires have been burning in Los Angeles. Many homes have been destroyed, and drinking water is unsafe. More than 20 people have died. People in the area are trying to rebuild their lives. Many are getting help through donations to the American Red Cross and GoFundMe pages for families. Now, there is a new way to help: by buying a video game bundle.
The California Fire Relief Bundle is made by Necrosoft Games, led by Brandon Sheffield. From January 12 to 19, they collected 422 games. This bundle includes popular titles like Tunic and Octodad. It will cost about $10. All money from the sales will go to help people in Los Angeles.
Brandon Sheffield said, “Many people are losing their homes. It is hard to live in Los Angeles now. We should help those in need.” Many video game companies are also donating to help with the fires.
