Wink Martindale, a well-known radio personality turned game show host, passed away at the age of 91 in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He was famous for hosting popular game shows like “Gambit,” “Tic-Tac-Dough,” and “Debt.” Martindale was involved in over 20 game shows either as a producer or host, showcasing his talent and passion for the entertainment industry.

Aside from his successful television career, Martindale was also a talented vocalist. He recorded around 20 single records and seven albums, with his hit song “Deck of Cards” selling over a million copies and earning him a gold record. This accomplishment led him to appear on Ed Sullivan’s renowned variety show.
