Live Schreiber Released from Hospital, Ready to Work Again

Liev Schreiber, the star of “Ray Donovan,” is feeling better after going to the hospital in New York City. He had a health scare over the weekend.

A representative for the 58-year-old actor said he went to the hospital for tests. He has been cleared to return to work.

TMZ first reported that Schreiber went to the hospital on Monday. He had a “massive headache” on Sunday. His doctor told him to go to the hospital right away. He stayed overnight and had many tests. Now, he can talk, walk, and move his arms and legs.

Schreiber has talked about having bad headaches before. Last year, he said he had a terrible headache during a play called “Doubt: A Parable.” He forgot the name of his co-star and his lines. His understudy had to finish the show.

He thought he might have had a stroke, but an MRI test showed no brain bleed. A doctor told him he had a condition called transient global amnesia. This condition makes it hard to remember recent things.
