Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, is gearing up for an empty nest as her youngest son, Moses, recently graduated high school. In light of this milestone, she has listed her Los Angeles mansion for sale at $29.99 million in order to downsize. The 8,000-square-foot property, purchased in 2012 during her marriage to Chris Martin, features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and was renovated in 2009. Paltrow later moved in with her current husband Brad Falchuk, along with his two children from a previous marriage. The home boasts a spacious kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a guesthouse with a movie theater and wine cellar, and a backyard with a plunge pool.
Despite owning properties in Montecito, Calif., and Amagansett, NY, Paltrow may consider purchasing another home in Los Angeles. Last year, she offered a single-night stay at her Montecito guesthouse, which she described as a “sanctuary for respite and mental clarity.” Falchuk, who married Paltrow in 2018, attended Moses’ graduation alongside Martin, Paltrow’s mother, and daughter Apple. The family celebrated the milestones in their lives, marking a new chapter for Paltrow as she looks towards the future.
