The soap opera “Melrose Place” may be back on TV soon, 25 years after its last episode. The show was very popular in the 1990s. It started as a side project of “Beverly Hills, 90210” but got its own fans very fast. Top bosses at Fox TV are thinking about making new episodes. They already have some famous people who want to join.
“The trio of core characters – Heather Locklear, Laura Leighton, and Daphne Zuniga – are ready to return,” the news outlet Deadline reported on Wednesday. The new series will start with someone dying too early. These characters will meet again in Los Angeles to remember this person. Then, old problems will come up again and new secrets will be revealed.
Fans will be happy to see some old faces again. They will remember Andrews’ character who got killed off in the original show. Yet, Leighton is returning. The first series became very famous and made many actors into stars.
