Entertainment highlights for April 23

Today at Aiken Senior Life Services on 1310 E. Pine Log Road, a variety of programs are being offered for seniors. Starting at 9 a.m., Functional Training for Seniors led by Will Durett is available for $10. Following that, the Crochet Club with Darlene Lindsay is at 10:30 a.m., and the card playing club with Candi Scarbrough is at 12:30 p.m. The Dementia Support Club with Carol Nelson is at 2:30 p.m., and the Jam Band Club with William Jones is at 4:30 p.m. Additionally, the Awesome Aiken Al-Anon group meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at First Christian Church. For those interested, the Nar-Anon Aiken For Comfort Family Group meets in person on Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30 p.m. at St. John’s United Methodist Church or via Zoom.
