Nvidia has created a technology called frame generation to help improve video game performance. TT Games, the developer of Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, has announced that this game requires frame generation for players to get a good experience. Without frame generation, players may only see 15 to 20 frames per second (fps), which is very low. This is not good for gameplay.
Frame generation uses a special method to create extra frames. However, it can cause delays and make the game feel slow. This problem gets worse when the frame rate is already low. If frame generation does not work well, players may see visual problems in the game.
TT Games says players need at least an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 to run the game. This is an older graphics card, and it may not run properly. The game may not work well on portable gaming devices like the Steam Deck.
Many recent PC games run very well. This raises concerns about Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight’s high system requirements. Many players might not be able to meet these requirements.
