Vera chips have already been sent to companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and SpaceX. Nvidia aims to change the way it sells technology by offering complete systems rather than just individual chips.
Nvidia is seen as a leader in technology but is now competing in the CPU market. AMD and Intel have strong ties with major cloud providers. Nvidia’s focus on producing its own CPUs reflects its strategy to improve system performance, particularly for AI tasks.
