THQ Nordic has announced that Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will launch on all platforms, including the Switch, on September 24, 2024, for $59.99 / £49.99. To mark the occasion, a new trailer featuring creative director Warren Spector has been released, showcasing the game and highlighting the new Collector’s Edition.
The Collector’s Edition, priced at $199.99 / €199.99, includes a 28cm Mickey Mouse statue, an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit keychain, a vintage tin sign, 6 postcards, a steelbook, a costume pack, and the game itself for any platform of choice. Additionally, the costume pack will be available for pre-orders and not exclusively for the Collector’s Edition.
Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is a remaster of the 2010 Wii platformer where Mickey Mouse ventures into an alternate world filled with forgotten creations. Throughout the game, Mickey encounters various obscure Disney characters, such as Oswald and Gremlin Gus.
The game received two follow-ups, The Power of Two and Power of Illusion, with hopes of seeing them on modern platforms in the future. Are you excited about the release of Epic Mickey: Rebrushed on September 24? Share your thoughts below.
