Timothée Chalamet is a famous actor. He plays the role of singer Bob Dylan in a new film. The film is called “A Complete Unknown”. Chalamet did not know much about Dylan at first. Now, he says he is a big fan of his music.

Chalamet hoped the movie would help more people learn about Dylan. He wants it to inspire a new generation to enjoy Dylan’s music. “I discovered this music a few years ago,” he said, “It’s really powerful and has given me a lot.”

The movie will show in theaters on December 25. In the film, Chalamet sings and plays instruments like Dylan.

Elle Fanning is an actress. She also stars in the film. She enjoyed working with Chalamet again. They have worked together before. It feels safe and comfortable, she said.

Fanning plays the role of Sylvie Russo. The character is based on Dylan’s former girlfriend, Suze Rotolo. In real life, Dylan and Rotolo were on the cover of his famous album, “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan”.

“A Complete Unknown” is directed by James Mangold. Mangold wrote the film with Jay Cocks. Dylan also helped with the script. He wanted Rotolo’s name changed in the film.

Fanning said she was careful to respect their relationship. “I think it was very important to both of them,” she said. The film comes out on Christmas Day.
