GMC’s Best-Selling Truck Undergoes Significant Redesign

GMC has shown its new 2027 Sierra 1500 pickup truck. It will be available later this year. The truck has a new design, both outside and inside. There are also two new V8 engine options.

The new Sierra will have General Motors’ small block V8 engines. Details about the engines will come later. The larger engine could have around 450 horsepower. The Sierra will have four engine choices. These include a TurboMax four-cylinder and Duramax diesel V6 engines. Each engine will work with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.

The truck features a new style inspired by the Sierra EV. It has updated headlights and a more vertical grille. Inside, there are up to three screens on the dashboard. The main screen can move to show a storage area.
