The brackets for the King and Queen of the Ring tournament have been announced. The WWE revealed the tournament details during the post-show for Clash in Italy. The finals are scheduled for Night of Champions on June 27 in Saudi Arabia. Winners will earn title matches at the upcoming SummerSlam.
The men’s tournament features two four-way matches. The competition will commence tomorrow on Raw, where Penta, Oba Femi, Solo Sikoa, and Carmelo Hayes will compete in one of the four-way matches. Other matches on this side of the bracket include Dominik Mysterio facing Bron Breakker and Trick Williams taking on Damian Priest.
In the other section of the men’s bracket, Seth Rollins will encounter Je’Von Evans, while Tama Tonga will battle Ricky Saints. Notably, Jey Uso is set to face LA Knight, alongside Royce Keys, who will take on Finn Balor.
On the women’s side, the tournament includes defending champion Liv Morgan, who will compete against Becky Lynch. Alexa Bliss is matched against Chelsea Grean, and Sol Ruca will face Lyra Valkyria. In another significant match, Charlotte Flair is set to take on Jade Cargill.
Additionally, a four-way match will feature Roxanne Perez, IYO SKY, Giulia, and Lash Legend. Bayley will go up against Raquel Rodriguez, with Jacy Jayne squaring off against Kiana James.
Last year’s tournament winners were Cody Rhodes and Jade Cargill. Rhodes went on to defeat John Cena at SummerSlam for the WWE title, while Cargill, after an initial loss to Tiffany Stratton, later became champion herself.
