Texas Roadhouse is famous for its hand-cut steaks and cinnamon butter rolls. However, it also owns another restaurant chain called Jaggers, which serves burgers, chicken, and salads. Jaggers prepares its food with fresh ingredients in a scratch-kitchen environment.
Jaggers opened in 2014 in Noblesville, Indiana. Since then, it has grown slowly, with over 15 locations by August 2025. The chain faced challenges during the pandemic but plans to open up to five more restaurants in 2026. Currently, Jaggers has locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, North Carolina, and one in South Korea at Camp Humphreys military base. Meanwhile, its other chain, Bubba 33, has 53 locations.
The founder, Kent Taylor, wanted to combine the best of Chick-fil-A and Five Guys. This vision led to hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, burgers, milkshakes, and made-to-order salads. Fans describe Jaggers as having some of the best burgers and chicken sandwiches available.
Jaggers’ customers love the chicken and burger options, especially the Green Chile Cheeseburger and the hand-cut fries. For dessert, people enjoy the hand-spun milkshakes. If you like Texas Roadhouse, Jaggers could be the perfect place for a quick meal.
