Prosecutors in Los Angeles have opted not to pursue formal charges against Kim Delaney, a former star of “NYPD Blue,” along with her spouse, following allegations of domestic violence that surfaced last weekend.
The couple was apprehended on Saturday morning after deputies from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of a potential domestic disturbance at their residence in the scenic community of Marina del Rey. Delaney, aged 65, was detained on charges of felony assault and remained in custody without bail until Tuesday morning—a duration lasting until the maximum time permissible without the filing of formal charges. As of now, it remains unclear whether Delaney and Morgan have retained legal representation. Representatives for Delaney have yet to respond to inquiries regarding the incident.
Inmate records reveal that Morgan’s arrest occurred at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, followed by Delaney’s apprehension around half an hour later.
