Larian Studios is still making waves with “Baldur’s Gate 3” despite not working on “Baldur’s Gate 4” and Hasbro exploring new partnerships for the series. The latest update, Patch 7, promises exciting new endings for players who embraced their evil side in the game.
In a recent developer update, Larian announced that they would be expanding on the game’s evil ending, which left players wanting more after the initial launch. These new endings will feature additional cutscenes for the villainous conclusion, with special content tailored for the Dark Urge origin. While details are sparse, Larian did tease some new music composed for the game as part of the update.
Patch 7 will not only offer new endings but also include bug fixes for known issues such as missing romantic greetings and combat glitches. Additionally, official modding tools will be introduced, with crossplay and photo mode coming in a later update.
Players eager to test the update can expect more information in the coming weeks. Although the patch release date is not immediate, it is expected to be available in a few weeks. Larian also revealed that they are working on two new projects that are original IPs, confirming that they are not developing any more “Baldur’s Gate” titles.
