Trump Phone Begins Shipping After Long Delay

The golden Trump phone will start shipping this week to people who preordered it. Trump Mobile made this announcement after a long wait of nearly a year.

Customers who preordered the T1 Phone will receive an email with updates. Trump Mobile’s post on X, formerly known as Twitter, suggested that the phone is a modified version of the T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G, which came out in early 2024. The phone was meant to ship last August, but production delays happened.

Trump Mobile’s CEO, Pat O’Brien, explained that the technology business is quite complicated. He said they faced delays in many steps but believed these were necessary to create a great product. Meanwhile, some customers, including CNET’s Patrick Holland, reported issues with their preorders. He had paid a $100 deposit in June 2025 but has not received clear shipping information.

Trump Mobile launched in June 2025 with plans for a US-made phone. However, they later stated that the phone is designed with American values in mind instead. The redesigned T1 phone has features like a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and multiple cameras, and it continues to accept deposits of $100.
